My Background & Approach

Hi, I’m Zoey Dlott, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing since 2022. My journey as a therapist has been deeply shaped by working with children, adults, and families who’ve experienced trauma, young adults navigating life transitions, and individuals managing chronic illness. These experiences have helped me develop a compassionate, practical approach to therapy that focuses on healing, growth, and finding strength in difficult times.

I’ve also had the opportunity to work as an Affordable Care Act navigator and community case manager, which gave me a broader perspective on the importance of accessible care and community support.

I believe in creating a warm, welcoming space where we can work together to develop coping strategies, explore challenges, and build the confidence you need to move forward in life. Whether you’re healing from trauma, adjusting to a new phase of life, or learning to manage a chronic illness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

"Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living."   -José N. Harris

When I’m not working, I’m usually fostering senior dogs, baking, getting lost in a book, enjoying a cup of coffee, or taking long walks. I believe that little moments of joy can make a big difference—and I hope to share that spirit with you.
