Insurance benefits are verified through a secure platform called Headway. After scheduling your initial appointment, you will receive a link to create a free Headway account. Through this account, you can upload your insurance details and review your coverage. Headway also handles billing and claims directly with your insurance provider, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

If you are using insurance, yes — all insurance billing will be handled through Headway. If you are paying privately, you do not need to create a Headway account.
