Free15-Minute Consultation Call
Once I receive your message, I’ll respond within 1–2 business days to schedule a brief 15-minute consult call. This call gives us both a chance to explore your needs, answer initial questions, and decide if we're a good fit before moving forward.

Schedule Your First Session
If we decide to move forward, I’ll guide you through scheduling your intake session, completing online paperwork, and verifying insurance (if applicable). All sessions are conducted virtually, and I currently work with clients who live in Missouri, Texas, and Virginia.
